Sweden: Sanna Nielsen wins Melodifestivalen!
Stockholm, Sweden - It's been an outstanding Melodifestivalen tour around Sweden arriving to the capital, Stockholm, tonight for the final of the Swedish national selection of the Eurovision Song Contest.
